Assist\u00e9s par deux employ\u00e9(e)s permanent(e)s, les membres du conseil doivent veiller au bon fonctionnement de la corporation au quotidien. Les r\u00e9unions ont lieu une fois par mois. Le conseil est responsable de la saine gestion financi\u00e8re de la corporation. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sa composition est la suivante\u00a0:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les membres du conseil ex\u00e9cutif;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les repr\u00e9sentants ou repr\u00e9sentantes de programmes; <\/span><\/li>\n<li>Le(s) repr\u00e9sentant(s) des comit\u00e9s<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les repr\u00e9sentants ou repr\u00e9sentantes au conseil d\u2019administration du c\u00e9gep;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les repr\u00e9sentants ou repr\u00e9sentantes \u00e0 la commission des \u00e9tudes;<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Une partie du budget disponible \u00e0 l\u2019AECL est destin\u00e9e aux \u00e9tudiants et aux \u00e9tudiantes des programmes ayant un repr\u00e9sentant ou une repr\u00e9sentante d\u00fbment \u00e9lu au conseil. \u00a0Les membres du conseil ont le devoir de s\u2019assurer que les sommes allou\u00e9es se conforment aux normes de la <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Politique de financement de projets au conseil d\u2019administration. <\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Devenir repr\u00e9sentant ou repr\u00e9sentante de programme comporte certains avantages\u00a0:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Avoir acc\u00e8s \u00e0 du financement pour ton programme;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c9changer avec
